In the unlikely event that something arrives damaged please supply detailed photographs of the packaging and damage within 3 days of receipt. We can then discuss and come up with a satisfactory plan of action.
If you are not happy with your purchase please contact me within 7 days of receipt via email, briefly explaining why you request a refund. Once the refund is agreed, please repack the item and return it preferably using the same postal method used to dispatch it.
Return postal costs are at your expense. Once I have received the undamaged piece I can arrange a refund within 7-14 working days. The amount refunded will be minus the original shipping costs.
Unfortunately refunds/ returns cannot be offered for items shipped internationally at this current time.
Please feel free to contact hello@suedewhurst.co.uk with any questions and we will be happy to assist.
My studio is open by appointment, offering a relaxed chance to see the work up close, talk through ideas, and spend time with the paintings in the space they’re made. Visitors are welcome to browse finished pieces, view works in progress, and ask questions — no pressure, no white gloves, just an honest look at the process behind the work. If you’re considering a particular painting or commission, a studio visit allows time to connect with the story, the colour, the humour and the detail that doesn’t always come through on a screen. Expect conversation, a cuppa, might stretch to a custard cream and a bit of a gossip but always a very warm welcome.
Studio visits are designed to feel comfortable and welcoming — especially if you’ve never visited an artist’s studio before.
Its FREE plus you receive exclusive offers, early access to collections and competitions
